This
instrument uses ultrasonics to provide extremely
accurate measurements of the thickness of many
films on all types of substrates: plastics, glass,
concrete, wood. It uses non-destructive means
to measure up to 5 successive layers with thicknesses
between 10µm and 8 mm. The sonic signals are displayed
on a wide screen to provide a thorough understanding
of multi-layered systems.
